Satish Kumar Bharti, who established the company Bharti Industrial Corporation in 1963 in Ludhiana as a 100% manufacturing unit of Bicycle Parts. After firmly establishing our roots in the Indian market and on persistent demand from overseas customers the Company ‘Bharti International’ was set up in 1998, by Mr. Vaneet Bharti, to expand towards the Export market of Europe, USA, Asia, South America, Middle East and Africa.

The Company also diversified its production and assembly to other products like all types of Moped Parts, Two Wheelers spares, Tractor parts, Hand tools, Diesel Engines etc. apart from the usual Bicycle parts.
